Philosophy
I believe therapy is a space where you can show up fully—where your emotions formed from personal constellations, contradictions, cultural backgrounds, cognitions are all welcome. My approach is fluid: relational, eclectic, and grounded in empathy. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities including:
Strengths-based and emotion-focused therapy
Narrative therapy and mindfulness practices
Use of self and holistic wellness
Anti-oppressive and decolonial frameworks
I hold deep respect for the whole of your identity, culture, and systemic barriers. I work from a collectivist lens and am guided by principles of justice and community care.
In session, I invite you to bring your raw self—whether tender or tense, sure or unsure, you matter.
I see therapy as a shared exploration of a deeper yearning and integrating.
There is no one right way to do therapy. Together, we’ll co-create a process that honors your pace, wisdom, and therapeutic goals.
